1. Nature of service

• The Courage One Ventures provides educational, training and skill development services in areas including, but not limited to technology, business and innovation.
• All materials are for educational purposes only and should not be construed as professional, legal or investment advice.
• We make no guarantees of specific results, Outcomes or earnings

2. Enrollment & Payments

• All program fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
• Fees are strictly non- refundable except in cases of duplicate payment or proven technical errors during the transactions.
• Enrollments are personal and cannot be transferred to another individual or future batch.

3. Program access

• Access to program Content (Including recorded sessions, Live trading and community forums) will be provided for a fixed duration as communicated at the time of enrollment.
• No extensions will be granted beyond the stated access period.
• Participants are responsible for completing the program within the allotted time.

4. Participant code of Conduct:

• Participants agree to maintain professional and respectful communication with trainers, Mentors and peers
• Not Share, reproduce or distribute course materials with any consent.
• Use the program content solely for personal learning and not for commercial purposes.
  

5. Intellectual Property

• All Content, training materials, presentations and recordings remains the property of the The Courage One Ventures
• Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or else resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action

6. Disclaimer

• All Courses are designed for skill development.  We do not promise any fixed career placement, financial gains or commercial success.
• The Application of concepts learned is solely the responsibility of the participant.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Courage One Ventures shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in our programs.
• Participants agree to use the training and information at their own risk

8. Changes to terms.

• The Courage One Ventures reserves the rights to update these terms & Condition at any time without prior Notice
• Continued participation in programs after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
